Our office is right here on 6th Main Road in Nagarabhavi, specifically in the 11th Block. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can be, but this spot isn't too bad in the mornings. We have been here for a bit now, focusing on energy related work. It is a busy place inside Poweredge Energie. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out, and the phones are usually ringing quite a bit. It is a second-stage area, so there are plenty of other businesses around us too. Most of our staff lives nearby, which makes things easier for everyone. We usually start our day around nine and keep going until the work for the day is finished. Sometimes that means staying a little late if there is a big project. We do not really do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just sit around the main table and figure out what needs to happen next. It is a practical way of running things. The building itself is easy to find once you get on the 6th Main. We have got some storage space for equipment and then the main area where we do all the planning. It feels like a normal workplace where people just want to do their jobs and go home. We have a small corner for making coffee which gets used a lot during the afternoons.
