Our place is over in the Peenya Industrial Area on Tilak Road, specifically units 15 and 16. If you know Peenya, you know it is a lot of factories and heavy trucks moving around. Power Gear Ltd has been part of this landscape for a good stretch. We deal with gear and equipment that people need for their power setups. The warehouse is usually full of crates and heavy components. It gets dusty, and there is always the smell of grease or metal in the air. We have a team that knows their way around a toolbox. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important for keeping things running. Most days are spent checking inventory or loading up trucks for delivery. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them on the fly. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or office furniture. As long as the lights work and the equipment is moving, we are happy. The traffic on Tilak Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our shipping done early.
