This place is right on 100 Feet Road in Indranagar, so you can imagine the noise outside. It's number 240, specifically on the 6th Main. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this area gets with all the cars and people walking by at all hours. We are usually here early to make sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. It’s a tall building and sometimes the elevator acts a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. The staff is mostly local guys who have been around for a few years. We spend a lot of time just checking on rooms and making sure the lobby doesn't look too messy. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a hotel where things happen fast. The sun hits the front windows really hard in the morning. We have to keep the curtains pulled a bit. Sometimes the water delivery truck blocks the entrance for a few minutes and we have to go out and ask them to move. It’s just normal daily stuff. We don’t really do big speeches or meetings. We just talk about what needs doing over some coffee in the back room. Indranagar is always loud, but once you get inside here, it’s a bit calmer. We just keep things moving along as best as we can without making a big fuss about it.
