We run Poorti Rent A Car & Logistics Pvt. Ltd. from our place in Jai Bharath Nagar. The address is 7/4 on the 3rd Cross, just off the Banaswadi Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy spot, which is good because we have cars coming and going all the time. Being near the main road helps us get vehicles out to customers quickly. We handle both car rentals and general logistics, so there is always something moving. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded with cars or small trucks, and we have to shuffle things around. It’s a hands-on business. We spend a lot of time checking engines, cleaning interiors, and looking at maps to figure out the best routes for our drivers. The office is basically just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks. It's not fancy at all. We have a small group of drivers and office staff who have been with us for a while. We don't use any high-tech systems for everything; a lot of it is just knowing the city and having a good memory for which car is where. It can be a bit chaotic on Monday mornings, but we manage to get everyone where they need to go. We just try to keep the cars in good shape and the deliveries on time. It is a lot of hard work and we get our hands dirty quite often. The 560033 area is home for us and we know every shortcut around here.
