Poornima Physiotherapy Clinic

Our clinic is located in the Karithk Complex, which is at No. 19/7 on Dinnur Main Road. We are in the R T Nagar part of Bangalore, quite close to the R T Nagar Police Station. If you are heading down Dinnur Main Road, the police station is the best landmark to look for. Poornima Physiotherapy Clinic is where we help people move a bit better. We have some basic equipment like mats and weights and machines for therapy. The space in Karithk Complex is okay, though sometimes the building can get a bit noisy with other businesses around us. We see people with back pain, knee issues, or those recovering from accidents. It is hands-on work, so we are usually on our feet all day. The clinic isn't decorated by a professional; we just put up some charts on the walls that explain how muscles and joints work. It feels like a real, busy workplace. We have a small area where people can sit if they arrive early for their session. Sometimes we are running a bit behind because a patient needed a few extra minutes of stretching or exercise. Most of our clients are locals from the 560032 area. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated marketing person. We just open the doors and help whoever comes in needing some physiotherapy. It’s honest work and we like seeing people get their strength back after a few visits.
