Polism Solutions is out at Surya Residencys on Puramain Road in Uhalli. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, which actually makes it a lot quieter than most Bangalore offices. We occupy unit 206, which is basically a standard room set up with whatever equipment we need for our work. There’s no big sign or flashing lights outside. You might miss us if you aren't looking for the specific building number. The atmosphere inside is very low-key. We don't have a dress code or fancy meetings with slideshows. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting and working through technical requirements. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some air when the office feels a bit stuffy. The commute can be long for some of us, but the quiet of Uhalli is a nice change from the chaos of the inner city. We handle everything ourselves, from fixing the internet when it goes down to making sure the office stays relatively clean. It’s just a few people trying to run a tech business without any extra fluff. We don't spend much time talking about our values or things like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It’s a very simple, honest way to earn a living in the technology sector today. There are no fancy tricks to it, just hard work.
