Podder Solutions Private Limited

Podder Solutions is located over on Bannerghatta Road, inside the Nobel Residency. We’ve been here for a while now, occupying a space on the 3rd Cross of the 2nd Main. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main road traffic which is always a mess. Our office is basically a couple of rooms where we set up our workstations and some shelves for all the paperwork and hardware we collect. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary greeting people at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just opens it if someone knocks. The work is steady and mostly involves software and general tech solutions. We don’t really go for those modern office designs with bright colors. Everything here is pretty plain and functional. We have a small table where we have coffee and talk about whatever needs to be fixed that day. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads flood. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. There isn't any big mystery to how we operate. It’s just a group of people working out of a flat in Bengaluru, trying to keep everything running smoothly without making too much of a fuss about it. We just take one day at a time.
