You will find Pmc Sierra on the 13th Main in BTM, Bangalore. If you know anything about BTM, you know that the traffic on this road can be a total nightmare during rush hour. Our office is a modest space where a small group of us gather every day to get through the workload. It isn't a high-rise with glass walls; it’s just a standard building that has seen better days. Inside, we have our desks pushed close together and cables running along the floor. We don't have a fancy break room with a ping-pong table. Usually, we just walk down the street to one of the many small eateries to grab some tiffin or a quick coffee. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but we’ve learned to work through it. We don't bother with corporate speak or trying to sound like we are a giant multinational. We are just a local team doing our jobs. Sometimes the internet goes down when it rains, and we all just take that as a sign to grab another cup of tea. It’s a bit crowded and the parking is always a mess, but we like being in the heart of BTM. There is a certain energy to the 13th Main that keeps us going even on the slow days. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
