Platinum

Platinum is located over in Wilson Garden, right at Door No. 47 on the 1st Main and 1st Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how these residential-turned-commercial areas work. It’s a mix of old houses and new shops popping up everywhere. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get into the inner streets of Vinayaknagar. We aren't some big corporate showroom with a lot of glass and shiny floors. It’s more of a practical setup where we handle our daily business. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes parked everywhere, especially during the middle of the day. We spend most of our time inside, dealing with whatever work has come in. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in this city, so we just wait it out or find something else to do. The neighbors are mostly families who have lived here for decades, so it feels like a real community. We see the same people walking past every morning. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking or big announcements; we just open the doors and get to work. Whether it’s talking to a regular who dropped by or checking on some new stock, the day goes by pretty fast. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we like the location because it’s central but not as crazy as the main market area or the mall.
