We are based on the 4th floor of the Rathan Building, which is No. 143 on Richmond Road. Being up on the fourth floor at Pjb Engineers Pvt. Ltd. gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are looking at our screens or paper plans. We do engineering work, mostly consulting and design stuff. It’s a lot of technical detail and making sure the numbers add up. We aren't the type of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. When you walk in, you’ll see people bent over their desks. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on-site checking how things are actually being built. Richmond Road is a central spot, so it's easy for us to get around to different projects. Some days are just filled with calculations and drafting, while other days we are out in the field. It’s a mix of office work and hands-on site visits. We've got a small team of engineers and drafters who just get the job done. We don't spend much time on fancy brochures. Our work comes from people who know what we do and trust us to handle the technical side of things. It’s a steady pace, and we just try to keep things moving forward. There is always a lot to coordinate between the office and the building sites, but we have a good system going.
