Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut shop is tucked away on 28 2Nd Cross in Munishwara Nagar, right near the A.C.Poat in Bangalore. It is a busy little corner where there is always something going on outside. Inside, it usually smells like bread and whatever toppings we are chopping up for the day. We spend most of our time between the oven and the counter, making sure the orders are actually right before they go out. The kitchen gets pretty hot during the lunch rush and again when everyone gets home from work in the evening. There are bikes coming and going all the time because of the deliveries. We have been at this 560045 address for a bit now, and the locals know where to find us. It isn't a huge place, but we have enough space to get the work done. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and we have to spend an hour just scrubbing the floors down. We don't have fancy decorations or anything, it is just a place where we make food. On rainy days in Bangalore, the street gets a bit crowded with people looking for cover, and that is usually when we are at our busiest. We just focus on getting the dough stretched and the cheese melted. It is honest work, and it keeps us on our feet from morning until the late hours when we finally close up the shutters for the night.
