Pizza Hut

We are located over in Cox Town, right in the ITC Colony area. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, though it gets quite busy around Jeevanahalli. Our shop is at number 148. It’s not the biggest place, but we keep the ovens running and the kitchen stays warm. There’s always the smell of dough and tomato sauce in the air, which isn’t a bad thing at all. We have a small crew here, mostly young folks who live nearby and walk to work. Divya manages things and keeps us on track. The lunch rush can be a bit of a scramble with all the delivery riders waiting outside on their bikes. Sometimes we run out of certain toppings and have to tell people, which is never fun. The floor gets a bit dusty with flour by the end of the shift. We’ve got a few tables if people want to sit down, but many just take their boxes and head home. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood spot. We don't do anything too fancy, just follow the recipes and try to get the orders out before they get cold. The rain in Bangalore sometimes slows the deliveries down, but we do what we can. It’s just a regular job for us, making food for the people in this part of town. We like the regulars who come in every Friday night. It feels like a community here, even when it is loud and hectic.
