Pizza Hut

We are located over at 31 4th Main Road in Bangalore. This specific Pizza Hut is just a regular spot where we make food for the local neighborhood. It’s a busy street and we see a lot of people walking by every day. The kitchen is always going, especially in the evenings when everyone wants dinner. You can smell the dough and the sauce from the sidewalk. We have a small crew working the ovens and the counters. It gets pretty hot back there, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush and getting ready for the next one. The tables are usually full of families or students from the area. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside, waiting for the next order. It can be a bit chaotic when the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to keep the orders moving and make sure nobody waits too long. The floor needs sweeping constantly, and there’s always a stack of boxes to fold. It’s a simple job, really. We make pizzas, we serve them, and we close up late at night. Bangalore is a fast city, and we are just one small part of the 560046 zip code area. We just do our thing every day. It's hard work, but seeing people eat makes it worth the effort for us.
