Pizza Corner

We are located right on Pallaroad here in Kanakkenthuruthy. Most people know the spot because it's easy to find once you get into Vadakkencherry. The shop isn't huge but we keep the oven going most of the day and night. It gets pretty warm in the kitchen especially during the summer months in Palakkad but that is just how it goes when you are making food. We see a lot of the same faces every week. People stop by on their way home from work or kids come in after school looking for something to eat. The phone rings a fair bit with folks asking if we are open or checking on their orders. We have those two numbers, the landline and the mobile, so someone usually picks up unless we are really swamped with the dough. It is a simple setup really. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some tables and the smell of bread. We spend a lot of time just getting the toppings ready and making sure the floor is swept. Sometimes the traffic outside on the road is loud but inside we just focus on the orders. It has been a part of this neighborhood for a while now. We don't do anything too complicated. Just show up, open the shutters, and start the day. If you live around here you probably passed us a dozen times already. It is just a regular local place doing regular work for the people nearby.
