Pismire Solutions Private Limited is located in the Rajajinagar Industrial Town. We are at No. 473/A on the 3rd floor. You have to take the stairs up to the 1st Main in 1st Stage. It is a very busy part of Bangalore, with a lot of small manufacturing units and shops all around. The sound of metal clanging or trucks reversing is pretty common here. Our office is a bit of a climb, but once you are up on the 3rd floor, it is a bit quieter. We handle various technical solutions for our clients. The office is pretty basic with white walls and some old wooden desks we’ve had since we started. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air. The view is just more rooftops and power lines. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls. We just come in and do what needs to be done. It can get dusty because of all the industrial activity nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our keyboards. We chose Rajajinagar because it is central for most of the people working here. It is an honest place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that stays busy in our little corner of the industrial town. It is noisy and hectic but it feels like where we belong.
