Rakesh Heroor runs things here at our place in RPC Layout. We’re located over in Vijaynagar II Stage, specifically on the 5th Cross. It’s 833/C if you’re looking for the exact building number on the street. It’s a lived-in kind of space, not some sterile corporate office. We’ve got our desks set up and we just get on with the day’s tasks. The 8th Main road is just a short walk away, so there’s always a bit of life around the corner. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work properly so people don’t have to keep coming back with the same problems. It’s mostly just software stuff and helping people figure out their tech issues. Some days it’s just a couple of us, other days it feels a bit more crowded when everyone is in. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It's more of a community feel than the big commercial hubs. We don't bother with fancy titles or anything. If someone needs help, they just ask for Rakesh or whoever is around. It’s a simple way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the code. It isn't always glamorous, but it is steady and it keeps us busy throughout the week. We like it that way. It’s just how we operate.
