We've been operating out of Badikayalapalli for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in B. Kothakota, and most people around here know where K. Viswanath is located. My dad, K. Gopalu, set things up and we just kept it going as a family business. We handle the tech stuff for folks who need it. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the work done. Some days are busier than others, especially when the internet gets patchy in our part of Andhra Pradesh. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand. People come by when they have issues with their software or systems. It's nice being local because we actually know the faces of the people who walk through the door. We don’t really do big ads. Most of what we do comes from folks telling their neighbors about us. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the projects. It's just a small team of us working through the daily list. We've seen a lot of changes in the tech world since we started, but the way we handle things stays pretty much the same. Just practical work for the community. We don't try to be something we aren't, and that seems to work out okay. We just show up and do what needs doing every day.
