Pink Pepper The Lark

This is Pink Pepper The Lark. We are located right at Bommasandra on 10th Main. If you find the 13th Cross, you will see us at number 19. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it that way. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the daily rush. The mornings start pretty early with prep work. Bommasandra is always moving, so we try to keep up. Sometimes the 13th Cross gets blocked with parked cars, which can be a headache. We have some regulars who come in every single day. We know their names and what they usually want. It’s just a small team running things. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and get to work. The building is older, so we are always fixing something or painting a wall. We decided on the name Pink Pepper The Lark because it sounded okay to us back then. We don’t really do much advertising. People mostly just walk in because they live or work nearby in Bommasandra. It gets a bit hectic during the mid-day stretch, and the kitchen gets really warm. We just put on the fans and keep going. 10th Main is a decent place to be. We are glad to have this space. It’s nothing like the big places downtown. It’s just us doing what we do every day. It's a simple life.
