We are Pindar India Bpo Services Pvt Ltd, and we’ve been at this spot on Bannergatta Road for a while now. It’s on the first floor of the Shanthinikthean building in Vysya Bank Colony. People who know the area realize it’s pretty busy, but our floor stays mostly quiet so we can get through the tasks. Most of us here handle the back-office stuff that keeps things moving behind the scenes. The building isn't a fancy glass tower or anything, just a regular office space where people show up, grab their tea, and start their shifts. Data work and support take up the majority of our day. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. Our team is just a bunch of regular folks who know their way around a computer. Big meetings aren't really our thing. We just sit at our desks and get the work finished. Being in a colony like this means there are decent places to grab a bite nearby. Everyone is always hungry by lunchtime, so that’s a plus. Our setup is pretty straightforward. Computers, some old chairs, and a lot of files are everywhere. It’s a bit cramped when the whole crew is in at once, but we make it work. Most of us have been here long enough that the place feels like a second home. We don’t try to be anything we’re not, just a BPO team doing our bit here in Bangalore.
