We are located at No.155 in the 2nd Stage, 2nd Phase area of Mahalakshmipuram Layout. Specifically, we are on 6th Main. A good way to find us is to look for Basaveshwar School, because we are right opposite that. Also, the Nandhini Theater is quite near, so that’s another landmark people use. Being across from a school means it gets very loud and busy during the mornings and when classes let out. You hear the kids playing and the buses honking. Our centre is where we do physiotherapy and rehab work. It’s a lot of exercise mats, weights, and people trying to move better. We spend the day helping folks stretch or work through their injuries. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The building itself is just a regular structure on a busy street. We have some fans going to keep it cool while people are working out. There is always someone coming in with a sore back or a knee problem. We just take them as they come and get to work. It’s a steady flow of local residents and people from further away who know the theater area. We’ve been on this corner for a good while now, and we’re used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the school bell ringing every hour.
