Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation is right on Neeladri Road in Electronic City Phase 1. It is directly opposite the Bata showroom which makes it fairly easy to locate. This part of Bangalore is always busy with tech people and traffic. We are on the ground level mostly. The room is big enough for the mats and the machines. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the cars, but inside it is fine. People usually stop by after their shifts. The Bata sign is bright at night so you can't miss the turn. We have been here for some time now. The walls are painted a plain color and we have some chairs in the front for waiting. There is no big reception desk, just a place to sit. We keep things organized so we can find the towels and bands. The floor gets dusty because of the road work outside, so we sweep it a few times a day. It is a very normal office. Nothing fancy to look at. Just a place where people come to move their legs and arms better. The water cooler is in the corner if anyone is thirsty. We keep the door closed when the AC is on, otherwise the Bangalore dust comes right in. It is a straightforward place for rehabilitation work and the neighbors are all offices. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily routine of helping people.
