Our place is in Cholanayakanhalli, which is part of the R T Nagar area. We are specifically located at No. 2/B1 on 4th B Cross in Seethapa Layout. It is quite close to Rajiv Gandhi Dental College, so if you find that, you are almost there. This is a physiotherapy spot where we deal with all sorts of body aches and recovery needs. The street is a bit narrow, like most of the layouts in this part of Bangalore. We have a simple setup with a few treatment tables and some basic equipment for stretching and strengthening. People come in with bad backs, stiff necks, or knees that don't work like they used to. We don't have a big reception desk or a shiny lobby. It is just a functional space where we work with our hands and show people how to do their exercises. Sometimes the neighbors are out chatting, and you can hear the sounds of the street while we work. It’s a very local vibe. Most of our visitors live nearby and just walk over for their sessions. We try to keep a schedule, but sometimes things run late if someone needs a bit more attention. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we get to know the people who come in. It’s just a normal part of the neighborhood where we try to stay helpful.
