Physiocure Pt

We’ve been here at 192 on the second floor for a while now. Most people find us on 27th Main in HSR Layout Sector 2, right near 20th Cross. It’s a busy spot in Bangalore, and sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache, but people manage. We deal with a lot of back pain and sports stuff every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few treatment tables and the gear we need to help folks move better. My morning usually starts with checking the schedule and cleaning the machines before the first person walks in at nine. We see all kinds, from older people just trying to walk without a limp to younger kids who hurt themselves playing football. It gets pretty loud in here sometimes when the place is full. Being on the second floor means a bit of a climb, but there's a lift if someone is really struggling. We keep things pretty simple. No big reception desk or anything like that, just a desk where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Most days are long, but it’s alright. We just focus on the stretches and exercises that actually work for whoever is sitting in front of us. Bangalore traffic usually dictates when people show up, so we try to be flexible if someone is running late from across the layout. We end our day by locking up and heading home through the same traffic as everyone else.
