Physiocare Physiotherapy Services is tucked away in the Green Woods Layout Phase 2 area of Ramamurthy Nagar. We are on the 4th Cross, and a good way to find us is to look for the Varanasi Govt School on the main road. The clinic is in a residential part of the layout, so it’s usually not too noisy. We have a few treatment tables and some basic equipment like weights, bands, and those machines that help with muscle pain. Most of our day is spent helping people do their exercises or working on stiff joints. We see a lot of people who have had some kind of injury or are recovering from a surgery they had at a bigger hospital. It’s a very hands-on job here. The room isn't very large, so you can usually hear what’s going on at the next table. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, it's just the physiotherapists and the patients working through the movements. Sometimes people come in quite grumpy because they're in pain, but that's part of the work. We just focus on the physical side of things. It's a plain space with white walls and some posters showing how the muscles work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for people who need to get moving again.
