We are located in the S & S Complex on Jeevan Bhima Nagar Main Road. If you know where the Jeevan Bhima Nagar Police Station is, we are very close to that. Being in Indiranagar means there is always a lot going on outside our windows. The clinic itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual equipment you'd expect for physiotherapy. Some of it looks a bit used because it gets plenty of work every day. We aren't trying to be a fancy spa or anything like that. It’s just a place to get your exercises done and work on getting better. The stairs up to the complex can be a bit steep, so keep that in mind if your legs are bothering you. We’ve been here in the 560008 zip code for a while now. Most people find us because they live nearby or work in one of the offices in Indiranagar. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the ropes. We don't spend money on big ads. We’d rather just focus on the people coming in. The rooms are basic, just some tables and chairs and the gear we use. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit loud, but it’s usually okay once you’re inside. We just take things one day at a time here. If you're coming by car, the parking on the main road is always a bit tricky, so maybe try the side streets. We have a couple of small rooms for the sessions, and they're kept pretty tidy, even if the building is old.
