Physio One

We are based in RMV Extension 2nd Stage, specifically at No 4 on the 4th Cross. This part of Dollars Colony is generally a lot quieter than the rest of the city, which is nice. We are on the 16th Main, which is a fairly wide road with some good trees along the sides. We have been running this physio spot for a while now. The clinic has various mats, weights, and the kind of gear you need for physical exercises. It is not a gym, though it might look like one to some people. We spend the whole day helping people move around better. Some of them have bad backs and others are just trying to get back on their feet after an accident. We do not have a big reception desk or a lobby with fancy water features. It is just a simple place where you come to do the physical work. We use curtains to divide the areas where people do their exercises. You can hear the traffic from the main road while we are working, but it isn't too bad. We usually start the morning by looking at the appointment book. It is a lot of one-on-one time with the people who come here. We are not trying to be the biggest clinic in Bangalore. We just keep things simple and functional. The floors are easy to wash and the lights are bright. We stay until the last person is done.
