Physio Mantra

We set up Physio Mantra inside the Cloud Nine Kids building over in Jayanagar 3rd Block East. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, usually pretty green and busy with people going about their business. Being inside a place that focuses on kids means we see a lot of families coming through the doors. Physiotherapy is one of those things that people often put off until they really can’t ignore the pain anymore. We see a lot of that here. It’s just us doing the daily work, helping people move a bit better. The space isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Jayanagar is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the blocks, but 3rd Block East is easy enough to find if you know where the main landmarks are. We’ve been here for a bit now. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the kids around, but that’s just part of the atmosphere. We don't do anything fancy, just the regular exercises and treatments you'd expect from a physio. It’s honest work. Most of our patients live nearby, though some travel from other parts of the city because they like the setup here. We’re just glad to be a part of the local community.
