Phronesistech Private Limited

Our setup at Phronesistech Private Limited is a bit different because we work out of a house. We are at Villa 125 in the NCC Urban Green Province. It is located near Sompura Gate in the Sarjapur area of Bengaluru. Working in a villa means we have a bit more space and it feels much more relaxed than a typical office park. There are trees around and it’s generally much quieter than the city center. We’ve turned the different rooms of the villa into work areas. We have a kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes cook lunch together. It’s a nice change of pace. The commute to Sarjapur can be long for some of us, but once we get through the gates, it’s a peaceful place to be. We don't have a big sign on the door or anything. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives. We try to be quiet and not cause any trouble. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't have any fancy boardrooms. We usually just talk about our projects while sitting on the sofa or around the dining table. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the environment. It feels more like a home than a job sometimes, which suits us just fine.
