Philips

Being located in HBR Layout 5th Block keeps us pretty busy. We are over at 413, Shambhavi, right in the mix of things in Bangalore. This specific Philips branch isn't like the huge glass buildings you see downtown. We operate out of a more standard setup that fits the neighborhood. Most days involve a lot of coordination and people coming in and out. Bangalore traffic is something we deal with every morning and evening, just like everyone else around here. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and people trying to get their tasks done. We don't have a big PR team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We handle the local side of things, making sure the operations stay on track. The office can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the local shops nearby know us well. We usually grab lunch from the places around the corner and talk about the weekend. It’s a straightforward environment. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We just want to get through the to-do list and head home. It's practical, everyday work in a busy part of the city. We don't make a big deal out of it; we just stay focused on what's in front of us. It is quite simple when you think about it.
