Philips Software Centre

Our office is tucked away on Charles Campbell Road, right in the heart of Cox Town. If you know Bangalore, you know this neighborhood has its own old-school charm, even though there are new buildings popping up everywhere. We are at number 12, though some of the older records still list the address as number 59. It gets a bit crowded during the morning rush, but that is just how it is in this part of the city. We spend our days working on software stuff here. It isn't always exciting, mostly just sitting in front of monitors and trying to figure out why things aren't running the way they are supposed to. The team is a mix of people who have lived in Bangalore their whole lives and a few who moved here recently for work. We usually head out for a quick tea or some snacks at the local spots around the corner when the afternoon slump hits us. It’s a decent enough place to work, honestly. We don’t have those fancy slides or sleeping pods you see in the big tech parks, but we have enough desk space and a good bunch of people. The building itself has been around for a long time, so it has a bit of character. We just get on with our code and try to head home before the traffic gets really bad on the main roads. It’s a straightforward setup without much drama involved.
