Phase 1 Events

We are over at 424, 7th C Main in the 1st Block of HRBR, Kalyannagar. Bangalore traffic is something else, so we’re glad to be in this part of town. Phase 1 Events is the name on the door. It’s a busy office most of the time. There’s always someone running around with a phone or some papers. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners—cables, old folders, and some boxes we haven’t opened in months. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few new faces. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most people just show up in whatever is comfortable. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. There are more cafes now, which is good for lunch breaks. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, and the office gets a different feel then. It’s quieter, and you can actually hear the fans spinning. We don’t go in for big corporate talk or mission statements. We just try to get the work done and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. It can be stressful, but we just take it one day at a time and keep going with the flow of things here in Kalyannagar.
