Phani Kumar

My name is Phani Kumar and I run things from here at 46 Jalahalli on New BEL Road. It is a pretty straightforward operation I have going on. I’ve lived and worked in this part of the city for quite some years, so I know the neighborhood well. The office isn't anything big, just a space where I can handle my daily tasks and meet people when they need to talk about a project. Usually, I'm the one answering the phone and handling the paperwork. Being on New BEL Road means there's always something happening outside the door. It can get quite noisy with the buses and cars going by, but you get used to it after a while. I don't really have a huge team or a massive corporate structure. It is mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. We spend our days making sure the work gets finished without too many delays. Sometimes things take a bit longer if the supplies don't show up on time, but that is just how it goes sometimes in this line of work. I try to be honest about what can be done and when it can be ready. Most people who come by are locals from Jalahalli or the nearby blocks. It's a simple setup where we just get down to business. I don't see the point in making things more complicated than they need to be.
