Our office is tucked away in The Times Group building right on M G Road in Bangalore. If you know this city, you know how crazy the traffic gets outside our windows. It is a constant hum of horns and engines all day long. Being on M G Road means we are right in the middle of everything, which has its good and bad points. Getting to work can be a real struggle if you don't leave early enough. We are part of the Pes Group and we spend our hours here handling whatever tasks are on the schedule. The building itself has that older, sturdy feel to it. Inside, it is a bit quieter than the street, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for coffee breaks. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we are used to the pace. We don’t really do the whole fancy corporate talk thing. We just come in, say hello to the security at the gate, and get to our desks. The light in the afternoon hits the windows in a certain way that makes the office feel warm. Sometimes we walk down the street after work just to stretch our legs before the commute home. It is a decent place to spend the day, even with all the noise outside and the constant movement on M G Road.
