Persystechs is located on the second floor of House Number 8, which is tucked away in Chinnappa Reddy Lane. It’s in Kodihalli, right off the Airport Road in Bangalore. To find us, you usually have to look for the C/O Sadashiv Reddy sign or just ask around the lane. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but it’s a good spot because it’s tucked away from the main road’s constant roar. The office is basically a converted floor of a house. It feels very much like a home, with a small kitchen area and rooms that we’ve turned into workspaces. We do a lot of tech-related stuff, so there are cables everywhere. We try to keep them tied up, but it’s a losing battle most weeks. The light in the afternoons is actually quite nice through the windows. We don't have a corporate handbook or a dress code. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on the systems. It’s a small team, so we end up knowing a lot about each other's lives. We’ve got a small balcony where someone usually has a plant they are trying to keep alive. It isn't a flashy tech startup office with beanbags. It is just a solid, quiet place in Kodihalli where we sit and work on our projects until the sun goes down. We enjoy the peace and quiet of this lane.
