Our office is located at 488 on the 8th Cross. We are right on the 10th Main in Jeevan Beehima Nagar. It’s part of the Hal 3rd Stage area in Bangalore. Most people just call it Bangalore-75 because of the postal code. It’s a pretty established part of the city. The building at 488 is where we spend our days. It’s a standard office setup with nothing too modern or over the top. We have the 8th Cross right outside, and it can get pretty packed with bikes during the day. Jeevan Beehima Nagar has a nice mix of homes and offices, so it doesn’t feel too sterile. We have been here for a good stretch of time now. The team is used to the local rhythm. We grab coffee from the nearby stalls and just get on with it. There is no corporate manual on how to talk to people here. We just treat each other like neighbors. The 10th Main is a good street to be on. It’s easy enough for people to find us if they know the HAL area. We keep things pretty simple in the office. No big mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and some notes. We work through the pile of things to do and then head home. It is a long day sometimes but the atmosphere is generally relaxed enough to keep us going.
