We are Perfect Solar India Pvt Ltd and we operate out of 16 Viswaneedam. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with solar stuff every day, which keeps us pretty occupied. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine; it's just a functional space where we keep our tools and paperwork. Some days are busier than others, especially when the sun is out and people start thinking about their power bills. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or long emails. Usually, we are either out on a site or here in the office checking over some plans. Viswaneedam is a decent place to be based. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the day here. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment arriving, but we manage to stay organized enough to find what we need. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write nice things about us. We just do the work and hope it speaks for itself. It is honest work and we like being part of the shift toward better energy. There is always something new to learn in this business, so we stay on our toes. We are just local people trying to make a living and providing a service that makes sense to us and our neighbors. It’s a good way to spend the day. We are here most mornings by eight.
