Percept Architects & Interiors

Our office is on the 2nd floor over in Vijaya Nagar. We have been here at this 3446 address for a while now. Percept Architects & Interiors is what we call ourselves, but we're basically just a small team that likes to build things. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many samples of wood, tile, and stone lying around. We do both the big structural stuff and the inside bits like cupboards and painting. Vijaya Nagar is a lively spot, and we get a lot of walk-ins. People usually have a rough idea of what they want, and we help them put it on paper. We don't do those fancy presentations. We just sit down with a pencil and figure it out together. It is a lot of back and forth until the client is happy. Sometimes we are out on site all day getting our shoes dusty. Then we come back and try to catch up on the paperwork. It is not a glamorous job, but it feels good when a project finally gets finished. We deal with all sorts of small issues that pop up during construction. That is just part of the deal. We try to stay focused on the work and keep things moving. It is just a regular local business doing its thing. We aren't out to change the world, just to build good rooms.
