Peppermint Hospitality India is based over in Nagarvapalya. Our office is 303 in Shivasai Homes, on 15th Cross. It's actually an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We like it that way. It's quiet, and we can actually get things done without too much noise from the street. We're in the 560093 area of Bangalore, which is a decent place to be. We handle various hospitality projects from here. It’s mostly computer work and meetings around the dining table that we turned into a conference desk. There are about four or five of us here on any given day. We make our own tea and usually order in lunch from one of the places down the street. Shivasai Homes is a nice enough building, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on a fancy office. We focus on the work, which is mostly planning and managing hospitality services for our clients. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s real. We have a lot of charts on the walls and stacks of papers everywhere. It’s a busy little hub for us, and we’re quite content with how things are running here in Nagarvapalya.
