We are based in Koramangala, specifically in the 4th Block on the 8th Main Road. Our office is at number 431, up on the first floor. Koramangala is always moving, there’s so much going on around here with all the other shops and offices. Pentagon Systems & Services Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporation with a glass lobby. It’s a pretty straightforward setup where we have our workstations lined up against the walls. The 8th Main Road can get really packed during rush hour, so we often hear the horns honking while we're trying to figure out a software bug or a hardware failure. We’ve been in this building for a few years and the landlord is decent. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because the servers get pretty warm. We handle a lot of different things, from basic repairs to more complicated system stuff. There's usually a stack of delivery boxes by the door because we’re always getting new parts in. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they work nearby and saw us while getting coffee. It's a busy life in a busy neighborhood, and we just try to keep up with the pace and get the work done as it comes across our desks. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do.
