Our office for Chandan Properties is over at 9 A Chokkasandra Main Road. It’s right in the heart of the Peenya 1st Stage area. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know it’s very industrial and busy. Our place is situated to handle all the property matters that come up around here. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we keep all the records and files. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the paperwork for the different phases and stages in the area. We spend most of the day answering queries or checking on different plots. The 2nd Phase is just a bit further down, so we’re in a good spot to keep an eye on things. It’s a noisy area with all the trucks and workshops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff; it's just a small group of us making sure the property details are correct. The furniture is a bit old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't feel the need for a fancy showroom. People know where to find us on Chokkasandra Main Road if they have questions about land or rentals in this part of town. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, so we're always cleaning the desks. It’s a hands-on kind of place and we prefer it that way. We usually keep some spare keys in a wooden box behind the counter.
