We chose this spot because it’s where a lot of people pass through when they are planning to go somewhere else. The office is usually filled with maps, printed schedules, and the sound of the phone ringing. We spend most of our time looking at routes and trying to find the best way for people to get where they need to go. Whether it is a bus ticket or a longer trip, we just sit here and work through the details. Bonny Travel Lane is a bit of a landmark for people looking for transport, so we have a lot of foot traffic. It’s not a high-end agency with glossy brochures for every destination. We mostly just give people the information they need and help them make their bookings. Sometimes it gets hectic when the holiday season starts and everyone wants to travel at the same time. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep everyone happy. The office has a few old chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose.
