Paxar India Pvt Ltd is based over at Mahalakshmi Layout 10. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The building is simple, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible inside. We don’t go in for those modern office designs you see in magazines. Instead, we have old desks and shelves that have seen better days but still work just fine. There are a few of us here, and we mostly just stick to our tasks. We don’t have big meetings where everyone stands around a whiteboard. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs to be discussed. It's a practical way of working that seems to suit us. Mahalakshmi Layout has a good feel to it, and we like being part of the community here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure we do what we are supposed to do every day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, but mostly we head home when the sun goes down. It's a steady life and we aren't looking for anything more complicated than that. Just simple work in a simple place, year after year. We keep the machines running and the paperwork moving without any unnecessary noise or bother.
