Paulo Travels

Our office is in Seagull House, which is on Race Course Road. It’s right across from the Janata Dal Office, so it is pretty easy to find if you know that landmark. Bangalore traffic on this road can be a bit much sometimes, but we are always here. We have been at this No.2/1 spot for a good while. The building itself is okay, nothing too fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done. People stop by to ask about bus timings or to book a seat for their next trip. We spend most of our day answering phones and looking at schedules. The office is usually busy in the mornings. We see a lot of regular faces who travel back and forth for work or to see their families. Race Course Road is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to stay here. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to wait a minute while we get the system running. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just help people get from one place to another. There are chairs for people to sit while we print out their tickets. It’s a simple setup. If you are walking down from the main junction, you’ll see the sign for Seagull House. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit messy with papers sometimes. It is just a job we do every day.
