Patils Alpha Air Travels

We are over in C.V. Raman Nagar, specifically in the Bangalore-93 area. Patils Alpha Air Travels isn't a big flashy agency with neon signs. It’s more of a local spot where people from the nearby houses drop in to talk about their travel plans. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and some old maps on the wall. I spend most of my time looking at screens, trying to find flights that don't cost a fortune. CV Raman Nagar is a bit quieter than the heart of the city, which is nice, but it still has its share of noise from the main road. Sometimes the internet goes out and we just have to sit and wait, chatting with whoever happens to be in the office at the time. It’s a lot of checking passport copies and making sure names are spelled right on tickets. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go, some going for holidays and others just heading home to see family. There’s no big team here, just a few of us making sure the bookings go through. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to airlines and trying to explain baggage rules to people who just want to carry everything they own. It’s straightforward work. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people just know we are here on the corner when they need to get somewhere.
