Pathfinder Software Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore. Being in Bangalore, you’d expect a lot of tech talk, and we do have our fair share of that here. The office is located in the 30th area of the sector. It is a standard Bangalore office space, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with the city’s famous traffic just to get to our desks. Once we are here, though, it is all about the code and the systems we are building. The office has that typical smell of electronics and coffee. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group, so we all know each other’s business. We have our desks lined up, and the cables are usually a bit of a mess under the tables. It is a working office, not a showroom. We don't have a chef or a gym. We have a microwave and a kettle. JP Nagar is a nice place to be, with plenty of trees still around, even if it’s getting more built up every year. We like it here. It feels like a good place for a software company to grow without getting too lost in the corporate noise of the bigger tech parks. We just do our work, fix the bugs, and try to get home before the rain starts or the traffic gets even worse in the evenings.
