Passenger Service Assistant

We are over here at Syed Block in Vibudipura, right on the first floor. Dealing with passengers all day at the airport gets pretty tiring but it is what we do. Someone has to help with the bags and make sure people find their gates before the planes take off without them. The office in Annasandra Palya is where we organize the shifts. It isn't a fancy place, just a desk and some chairs where we drink tea and talk about the day's schedule. Bangalore traffic makes getting to work a bit of a headache sometimes, especially around the 4th Cross area. We try to keep things moving. Most people just want to get where they are going without a fuss, so we stand around and point them in the right direction. It is mostly about being there when someone looks lost. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the layout of the terminal really well. Sometimes the lines get long and people get a bit cranky, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a local spot, nothing special to look at from the outside. If you need someone who knows the airport routine, that is what we spend our hours doing. We just show up, do the job, and head home to Banglore-17 at the end of the shift.
