Passenger Service Agent

Our office is in the Ramamurthy Building at No 319 on Ganesha Temple Road. This part of Kammanahally in Bangalore has a very specific feel to it. The temple is right there, so you hear the bells and see people walking by in their morning clothes. We are on the pin 560084 side of things. The building itself is an older one, and our space is pretty simple. We handle a lot of passenger service details, which means we are constantly on the phone or checking lists on the computer. There is a small desk near the door where we keep the guest register. It gets quite warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, so we usually keep the curtains pulled halfway. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a handful of us who know each other well. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork for the next day's travelers. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for us. We usually just grab a quick tea from the guy on the corner and get back to it. It is honest work and we have been in this same spot for a long time. The files are stacked up on the shelves, and there is always a pen missing when you need one. It is just a local office life with people doing their best.
