Pasos Technology Services Private Limited

Pasos Technology Services is located in Kodigehalli, over in the Sadarmangala area. We are in Flat 002 of the B Wing in Block 1 at Shiplitha Royal Shakti Layout. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of people knocking on the window thinking we are someone else, which can be funny sometimes. The layout is pretty quiet, which is good for focusing on the tech services we provide. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now, like who drinks too much tea and who leaves their shoes in the middle of the floor. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have any of those corporate rules about when you can take a break or how you have to sit. We just expect everyone to do their bit and help out when someone gets stuck. The office itself is just a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch boxes and talk about things other than work. We aren't looking to become a giant tech firm. We just want to provide reliable service to the people who need it. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who actually care about the quality of what they are doing. We just take things one day at a time here.
