We’re over on Kilari Road, specifically at No. 7 on the 14th Cross in Bengaluru. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people moving around. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood. We deal with electrical supplies and lighting, and our office is always full of samples and boxes. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in this spot for years, and the neighbors all know us. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find glass walls or modern art. We have old desks, some slightly mismatched chairs, and a lot of ledgers. Working in the electrical business in Bangalore means things move fast, and there’s always a new project starting somewhere. We spend our mornings checking orders and the afternoons dealing with deliveries. Sometimes the traffic on Kilari Road makes it hard for trucks to get in, so we have to do a lot of heavy lifting ourselves. We don't bother with big marketing campaigns. We just answer the phone, help the people who walk in, and try to get the orders right the first time. It’s simple, honest work. Most of the staff has been here since the start, so we’re more like a bunch of friends than just coworkers. We just take it one day at a time and keep the lights on for everyone.
