Parthu I D Solutions is over in Mathikere, right near Dr Suchak Chowk on Daftary Road. The address is 261. We make IDs and tags for schools and offices. It’s a small shop with a few machines for printing and laminating. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend an hour fixing it. That’s just how it goes with this kind of equipment. The space is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. We have samples of our work pinned to a corkboard on the wall. Some of them are years old and a bit yellowed. People come in with photos or lists of names, and we get to work. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything. Just a regular place with a couple of workstations. The area around the chowk is always noisy with traffic and people shouting. We’ve grown used to the horns over the years. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know the software. We try to get things done on time, but sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for it to come back. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just tell you when the cards will be ready for pickup. It’s a practical business for a busy part of town. We keep it simple and just do the job as best as we can every day for the people who visit.
